As the waterfront team lead, I was the main point of contact for all waterfront activities. I managed a team of 11 lifeguards, overseeing daily schedules, coordinating beachfront activities, and leading training sessions. I ensured the safety and organization of all waterfront programs, including open swim, sailing, and paddling lessons. I also prepared materials for waterfront audits, maintained up-to-date safety equipment, and ensured compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, I communicated with staff across day and overnight camps, providing updates on water conditions, safety concerns, and lifeguard operations.
